My name is Brenda Guttman and I am a chef and pastry chef with over 20 years of experience in Israel and New York.

Cooking is an endless passion for me. It is my creative outlet. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching and listening to people enjoy a culinary experience that is both visually appealing and tasty.

Experience has taught me that there is no substitution for personal, professional involvement in every step. Therefore, I personally select all of the ingredients including fresh fish, fresh meats, the freshest produce, and all of the highest quality ingredients to be used in preparing my food.

 I personally prepare every dish, design every plate and arrange the placement of every dish on the table or buffet. I oversee the table service and every detail of the event.

My small, experienced and professional staff attends to every aspect of the meal. This allows me to offer gourmet catering at very competitive prices.

I cater intimate dinners for two, small parties at home, as well as events such as Bar Mitzvahs and weddings for up to 250 guests.
